URGENT HVAC ISSUES

Emergency HVAC Repair in Colorado Springs

No heat, a gas smell, or another urgent HVAC problem? Call us anytime. We're a small, local team and we'll always be honest with you about how quickly we can get to your home.

Gas Smell or Carbon Monoxide Alarm?

Leave your home immediately and call 911 or your gas utility provider before calling us. Do not turn switches on or off, light anything, or go back inside until it has been declared safe.

What We Treat as an Emergency

These are the situations where calling right away matters most. If you are not sure whether your issue qualifies, call us and we will help you figure out the right next step.

No Heat

Your furnace or heat pump has stopped working and your home is losing warmth, especially during cold weather.

Electrical Burning Smell

A burning or electrical smell coming from your HVAC equipment. Turn the system off at the breaker and call us.

Gas Smell

If you smell gas near your furnace or anywhere in your home, leave the house immediately and call your gas utility or 911 before calling us.

Carbon Monoxide Alarm

If your CO detector is sounding, evacuate the home immediately and call 911. Do not go back inside until it has been declared safe.

What Happens When You Call

We will ask a few quick questions about what is going on so we understand the urgency, then work to get you scheduled as soon as we honestly can.

We are a small, local team, not a large call center, so we cannot promise an exact arrival window every time. What we can promise is that we will be straightforward with you about timing rather than leave you guessing.

After-Hours Costs, Upfront

There is no standard fee for calling us after hours or on weekends for an emergency.

The one exception: if your repair requires us to source a specific part outside of normal business hours, a $250 fee applies to cover that. We will always confirm this with you before it happens, so you are never surprised by the bill.
