Meet Alan Patterson:
Alan was born in Roswell, New Mexico and has lived in Colorado since 1992. Alan and his wife Anna started A & A Professional Cooling and Heating in 2000 and he has been in the HVAC industry since 1982! He enjoys serving customers with the system or solution that best fits their needs and making homeowners happy without pressuring them or overselling. Alan loves that he can trust his staff to be honest, fair and to adhere to the old fashioned values his dad taught him like: “when you do a job, take the time to do it right,” and “your word is your bond.” Alan has five daughters, one son, eight grandchildren and counting! He and Anna have been married since 1983 and love serving people in business and through their church. As a family man, Alan believes in taking care of others families and is thankful for the opportunity to serve.
Meet John Thomas Martinez:
John is a Colorado native born in the small town of Montrose, which is on the western slope. John has been in the HVAC industry since 2015 & is the Manager at A & A Professional. He is a student at heart and loves the challenging nature and fast evolution of the HVAC Industry. He holds EPA certifications, Mech IV license, Master Mechanical License, Commercial and Residential contractor licenses, and continues to take courses and trainings to stay ahead of the industry. He graduated from UCCS with a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Innovation Management), and has a passion for small business and customer service. As a father of four girls, John loves A&A because of their commitment to family and the values they believe in. John’s interests include working out, hunting, fishing, his kid’s sports, anything outdoors, and serving the Lord.
Meet Phillip Romero:
Phillip is our Installation Supervisor and Quality Control Manager. From Denver, Phillip is also a Colorado Native and has been in the HVAC industry since 2003. He maintains his Mechanical “Mech IV” HVAC license for El Paso County and has his EPA universal certification as well as R-410A safety, carbon monoxide detection, mastering AC, safety inspection, and gas piping certifications.
Phillip loves the old fashion values and integrity that A&A brings to all our new and loyal customers, the family atmosphere at A&A and enjoys making people comfortable. “Dr. Phil,” thinks of himself as a surgeon because he works on the heart of the home, and we can’t agree more! Phillip is a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He enjoys spending time with his family, the great outdoors, loves to ride his motorcycle, going to church and being involved in ministries.
Meet Anthony Letteer:
Anthony is a Lead Service Technician and has been in the HVAC Industry since 2005. He maintains his Mechanical “Mech IV” HVAC license for El Paso County and has his EPA universal certification as well as R-410A safety, carbon monoxide detection, mastering AC, safety inspection, and gas piping certifications. Anthony’s favorite thing about A&A is the company’s dedication to old fashioned values and believes it is a high class cooling and heating company and adds so much value to our customers. A Colorado Springs native, Anthony enjoys playing video games and target shooting.
Meet Steve Ray:
Steve is a Lead Service Technician and has been in the HVAC Industry since 1995. He maintains his Mechanical “Mech IV” HVAC license for El Paso County and has his EPA universal certification as well as R-410A safety, carbon monoxide detection, mastering AC, safety inspection, and gas piping certifications. Steve like working A & A where he can provide solutions and is able to make customers happy. In his spare time Steve loves spending time with his wife and children and enjoys playing Call of Duty.
Meet Kyle Trimble:
Kyle is a Lead Install Technician and has been in the HVAC industry since 2015. He maintains his Mechanical “Mech IV” HVAC license for El Paso County and has his EPA universal certification. He enjoys the hands on experience and that there are no two jobs alike in the HVAC industry. Kyle is a Veteran, he likes spending time with his wife and 3 children as well as playing video games in his spare time.
Meet Casey Contreras:
Casey has been in the HVAC industry since 2018 and has experience with Furnace, AC and water heater installations. Some of the things he appreciates about A & A is the family environment, the hands on training and thinks it is a great place to continue to learn. Another Colorado Springs native, Casey loves his wife and daughter, is a dog lover and likes video games.
Meet Johnny Eaton:
Also a Colorado native, Johnny is from Denver and started his HVAC career with A&A about 2 and a half years ago. He is also working on all of his HVAC certifications and enjoys the relationships he has built at A&A. He also likes the competitive pay and the fact that A&A give everybody a fair chance. Johnny spends his spare time doing outdoor activities, working out, and spending time with his wife.
Meet Hakeem Mangum:
Hakeem was born in Germany and has been in the HVAC industry for 2 years. He got into HVAC looking for a new experience that challenged him. He likes learning new things and is working getting his HVAC certifications. His favorite thing about working at A&A is the family oriented environment. When he has spare time he enjoys spending time with family, going bowling, and playing board games.
Meet Evan Rose:
Evan is a Comfort Consultant and has been in the HVAC industry for 9 years. He has a strong background in customer service, and loves sharing knowledge with customers. Every time he walks in to a customer’s house, it is his goal to teach them something new. Even enjoys the challenge each house presents and helping customers find the best solution. He is trained in calculating duct CFM and air flow, load calculations, troubleshooting, and can figure out how to make any house a comfortable house. A California native, Evan enjoys hiking, computers, and above all spending time with his wife and daughter.
Meet Amandra Beltran:
Amandra has helped out at A & A since she was 14, from advertisement to office administration. As one of Alan’s daughters, she has watched how hard her dad worked to get this company started and being a part of this journey has been a blessing and she is so proud of him! She loves that A & A has always put our costumers first and makes sure they are always taken care of. She is thankful to our customers for choosing our HVAC family to help take care of the comfort of their family! Married with two kids, Evalyn and Theodore, she loves spending time with her family, being involved in church ministries is a big part of her life, and she loves to travel.
Meet Monique Williams:
Monique is a Colorado Springs native and has worked in the office at A & A since 2014. She brings expertise in customer service and office administration with a background in retail and hospitality. Monique loves that A & A is a family owned and operated business that is trusted, has a very strong family atmosphere and believes in going above and beyond the customers’ expectations. With her son and soon to have a brand new baby girl at home, she loves being a mother and spending time with her husband & family.
Meet Virgie Purcella:
Virgie is the office manager and has been in the HVAC business for over 20 years! She enjoys the family oriented culture at A & A and even brings her grandkids to work with her on occasion. She was born in Roswell, NM and raised in Santa Fe, NM. She has lived in Colorado since 1989. Virgie loves her family, her children and 4 grandkids. Cannot get through the day without her COFFEE 😉
Meet Andriel Letteer:
Andriel was born in Roswell, NM, but considers herself a Coloradan since she has lived most of her life here. With over 18 years of experience in the HVAC industry (all 18 with A&A!), she is our subject matter expert for just about everything office related. Andriel loves meeting and speaking with new people and helping them solve problems. Andriel is dedicated to the A&A family because they are all, “good, caring, loving, and trustworthy people.” When not working, she loves spending time with her husband, 2 children, and very large family. Andriel is also master at making custom cakes, is the lead singer in her church’s worship team, and likes doing brain puzzles.
