Maintenance Package – Bi-Annual Service Agreement

BENEFITS:

$49 Diagnostic Fee Throughout Year Should You Need a Repair 10% Off Repairs At Time of Service. 5% Off New Equipment and IAQ Products Top of the List Treatment Includes two (2) visits per year – Once in the Spring, and once in the Fall. Please note that our Spring Visit is between March & May while the Fall Visit is October – December.

SPRING AC VISIT:

Service Includes:

• Inspection of indoor and outdoor coils

• AC system check including refrigerant level measurement, electrical evaluation, and full system inspection

• Filter replacement if needed

• General cleaning and tune-up of the system

Our goal is to get your AC system running at its coldest and most efficient to keep your home cool through the hottest days of summer.

FALL HEATING VISIT:

Service Includes:

• Cleaning of burner assembly

• Cleaning of blower motor

• Gas pressure inspection

• Electrical and general system inspection

• Testing for proper heat rise

• Testing for carbon monoxide leaks

• Filter replacement if needed

Service Agreement customers receive priority service and go to the top of the list year-round in the event of any issue.
